Mutual Fund State Registration Chart
All of the First Investors Funds, except for the Single State Tax Exempt Funds, are registered for sale in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. None of the Funds are registered for sale in Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each Single State Tax Exempt Fund is registered only in the state indicated in its name and the additional states listed on this chart. None of the Single State Tax Exempt Funds are registered for sale in either the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.
