Management
Management interns have a unique opportunity to hone their leadership skills while observing successful managers at work. Interns spend approximately ten hours a week with management staff working on special projects, as well as attending strategy meetings, sales debriefings, planning sessions and staff meetings. Upon completion of the internship, and graduation from college, qualified interns may be offered the opportunity to become representatives at First Investors.
